Guests are invited to take a weekend or a longer stay in our newly-remodeled, cozy, and large cottage on a large property with a pool, a year-round outdoor hot tub off an outdoor deck with comfortable seating.
The large and charming home is tucked away on a peaceful, quiet, and private street near Cascade Lake in Warwick, NY, which is a lovely escape: just a one-hour bus ride away from New York City.
The beautifully designed, comfortable, and serene master bedroom features an extra-large, California King bed, brand-new elegant furniture, and a deluxe bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a standing shower.
The second, green bedroom has a full-size bed, The pink bedroom has 2 full size beds. Kids will also love swinging, relaxing, and reading in the fun, white chair that is hanging from the ceiling.
The placid red and gray basement bedroom features a king-sized bed.
All the bedrooms have television screens, however, guests can also gather to watch movies on an extra-large screen in the comfortable and serene living room, in which guests can also read and relax.

Summary: The exterior of the home is completely run down. Nothing like the pictures. The interior bedding and furniture is a different set up then depicted. The rugs and carpets are stained and dirty. This did not meet our standards. We would not recommend it to anyone. We left a day early.

Summary: My family of six adults came during the first week of July. Overall, the experience was positive. The heated salt-water pool was the best part of the trip!! The game room was fun as well (my kids played pool a lot!). We had a good time playing games around the table with the family, and barbecuing dinner. When we arrived, there were several issues with the property and we contacted Israel (the host) and the next morning he sent a handyman to perform some repairs and maintenance. (fixed a bedroom fan remote, microwave short-circuit, hole in kitchen window screen, etc.) Additionally, Israel sent replacements for a broken trashcan, missing blender parts, and new pots to replace scratched ones. Thanks to Israel for your prompt response our issues.

Summary: My group of friends and I had an awesome time at our weekend stay. Check-in was easy. The host was extremely responsive (not that we needed him as everything went very smooth). Extremely spacious. We had 10 people at the house and it never felt crowded. The yard was the highlight. Pool, pool house, jacuzzi, bar, deck, grill - everything you need for a fun summer weekend. Close proximity to town and restaurants as well. 5 stars.

Summary: My family and friends had a wonderful time at Israel's home. Check in/check out was easy, the entire home was very clean, there was tons of room for everyone (10 of us), and the entertainment in the basement with the pool table, projection screen, arcade games, and bar was perfect for our group. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the hot tube but we took a look and it was clean. It was also only about 20 minutes from Mountain Creek where we went skiing. This was a lovely home and I am glad we chose to stay here.

Summary: Very friendly and reposonive host, no issues at all with our stay. House was clean and exactly as shown on the listing. Plenty of room for our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). The hot tub was a welcome respite after a day of skiing and tubing.
