Summary: Amazing property right on a lake with a beautiful fire pit, lake side, and nearer to the house. Home was in immaculate condition and Adam was great as a host.

Summary: My family along with sister’s and cousin’s and our 7 kids (ages 2-10) had a great stay at Adam’s beautiful home. All the bedrooms were comfy. Really appreciated the high quality bathroom essentials provided. The kitchen was well stocked which was good as we cooked every night. The town of Warwick was really cute and we enjoyed dining out at Pennington Farms one Friday night. Our group finished the Stairway to Heaven hike which was a good one. The kids loved having the basement as their hang out as well as fishing and canoeing. Adam was extremely communicative. Highly recommend the stay at Adam’s place.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable family reunion here and I highly recommend this property for a group. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family group, and was nicely decorated and well-equipped. The views from the patio and dining areas are lovely. We enjoyed time spent on the property as well as a number of activities that were a short drive away. The hosts were very responsive when we messaged them.

Summary: We loved our stay at Adam’s home. The pictures don’t do the property justice. We were a family of 11 and never felt crowded. The backyard, hot tub upper deck and patio provided plenty of fun days and nights. We took advantage of being close to Mountain Creek and the Stairway to Heaven hiking trail. All around this was the perfect home to host an extended family summer gathering! Adam was very receptive to any questions we had. Don’t delay - just book it!

Summary: Spacious and comfortable wonderful private setting to reconnect with family. Main has open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room with 1/2 bath and laundry. All the bedrooms are upstairs with two full baths. Recreation room in the finished basement. Our stay was rained out so the space inside was important. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful outdoor setting. The owner offered us a late check out due to the weather we really appreciated their thoughtfulness. Highly recommend.

Summary: Property was super organized and clean. The house was very spacious to accommodate extended family and had lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The basement had foosball, darts and table shuffleboard. Outside was a very large hot tub, fire pit and pond to canoe in. Nearby town of Warwick had plenty of restaurants to order takeout. Great experience!
