Positive: We loved the quaint a frame. The style was very in line with ours, so that was easy. The pictures really didn't do it justice.
Negative: The one big problem we had was the temperature. When we arrived, the thermostat was locked so it couldn't be adjusted. The season had just changed from late summer (highs in the mid 80s) to fall (the night we stayed it was 39 degrees). It took about an hour, but we finally through several calls and texts, got the service changed from AC to heat. Even after that, though, it was impossible to get the living area warm enough for comfort. Even getting it to be bearable, the bedrooms were easily 10 degrees warmer. Also, we were asked to jump through a lot of hoops during the rental agreement. I've rented from VRBO and AirBNB plenty of times, but having to sign a separate agreement and pay a $400 deposit seemed like a little too much. We managed to have a decent stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
