Summary: Desk attendant was extremely nice, answered questions that we had in a friendly manner, and was overall a sweet person. Hallway and room had bad odor. I’m sensitive to smells so it was unsettling. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were also very sweet and helpful. The only issue that I had was the smell. Overall a nice stay.

Summary: The general manager Mandy was absolutely amazing. Her staff was also. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the coffee were great. The homemade cookies they had by the coffee were a great treat.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay due to the proximity of Lake Guntersville! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the room through Hotels.com. The hotel is in the beginning stages of a complete renovation which is definitely needed to compete with other hotels in the area. I was given a handicap room on the 1st floor which I did not request. I was offered another room after I questioned them about the room. I love the area and would love to visit again when the renovation is complete.
