Situated on a classical French courtyard in front of the Manoir, the building was once used as the groom’s quarters in days gone by.
Nowadays a spacious ground floor, double aspect lounge opens on to a kitchen and dining area. A double bedroom, leading off from the lounge, features a dressing area and en suite shower room / w.c. Upstairs, the split level double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and w.c while the two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room / w.c.
The property comes equipped with all of your tableware and kitchen requirements, including dishwasher. Laundry facilities are provided close by. Extra equipment is often available on request, particularly for babies and children.
The property is tastefully finished and features many of the original wooden beams and stonework. Double doors from the lounge lead out to a terrace and barbecue area at the front of the cottage. Plenty of sun loungers ensure you can enjoy the long summer days, or a magnificent lime tree can offer you some shade from the mid-day sun.

Summary: We stayed in La Loge for 10 days (booked through tots2travel). The accommodation was lovely and all the kids essentials were provided. Having an enclosed garden was brilliant with toddlers. The bar and restaurant was good and the weekly BBQ was a lovely event. The pool area was clean and we'll maintained, as were all the other facilities. Unfortunately the weather rather let us down and we had 6 days of rain out of 9 days :( The daily delivery from the bakery was a great service, although the delivery time was a bit variable and on a couple of days the bread a little over cooked! Overall a great holiday destination, I would fully recommend.

Summary: Manoir de Longeveau is set in truly beautiful rolling countryside. You can choose whether to keep yourselves to yourselves or socialise with the many couples / families who will be enjoying the facilities or having a drink in the bar. The staff gave us plenty of tips on local restaurants, most within 10 - 20 mins by car. Despite the weak pound, the French habit of doing lunch properly and at a reasonable set menu price typically between 15 - 25 euros per head made up for it. Failing that, just eat in but you'd be missing out. Plenty to do on site if you're sporty, but equally a good venue to just chill out in. Our accommodation suited our needs perfectly, and it was nice to have a small private garden area within the courtyard at which to sit on the sunny days. The week flew by - I'd visit again.
