Rent separately or together. Three doors down from Lake Rotoehu at Kennedy Bay, this homely space with pool table, dart board, books, games and kayaks for guest use will give you plenty to do, rain or shine. Bring the boat, there's plenty of safe parking onsite (or park up inside the four-bay garage if you prefer). Within 10 to 20 mins drive is access to 4 other lakes (Rotoiti, Rotoma, Okataina and Tarawera). Waitangi Soda Springs is just along the road for a hot soak after a day out on the water. Rotoma cafe, bottle store and petrol station is only a 5 minute drive. The Hinehopu Golf Course and Emery General Store are less than 10 mins in the other direction. Kawerau 15 mins, Whakatane 40 mins and Rotorua central 30 mins away, all an easy drive. Property sleeps 10 comfortably, with room for a couple of extras if you need. Linen package available at extra cost, or just bring your own. We offer a simple yet comfortable, no fuss, laid back holiday pad for you to enjoy with family and friends.
