Welcome to my 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home!
This home is located next to Parkland and Boca Raton, in the most sought community of Hillsboro Pines. Less than 15 min-walk to a Jewish Synagogue, about 13 mins-drive to Quiet Waters Park, 15 mins to Butterfly World, 17 mins to Deerfield Beach, 22 mins to Deerfield Island Park, and 23 mins to Hillsboro Beach where you'll discover lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks!

Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen-sized bed each, the 4th bedroom has 1 full-sized and twin-sized (bunk bed). The extra bedroom has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath and a dedicated workspace.
The cozy living room has a comfortable couch for you to relax while watching your favorite movies on the TV.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
There's a family room with a TV and pool table for entertainment!
Take a break from the city life and enjoy the outdoor space and have a delicious bbq in the outdoor dining area or relax in the fenced pool.
High-speed WiFi and 2 free driveway parking spots are all provided during your stay!

Summary: The property was exactly as expected from the listing. My only concerns were that the owner was only accessible by email through the VRBO site (though he was quickly responsive), that the televisions strangely did not have the usual national network channels making it impossible to watch NFL playoff games, and that the kitchen had very minimal supplies for cooking.

Summary: Great house with lots of space and rooms. Furniture is high end and the house was very clean and welcoming on arrival. A few small maintenance issues were mentioned to the property owner/manager who assured me they will be rectified before next guests. Overall a great stay, would recommend and appreciate the proactive communication from property owner/manager.

Summary: Thank you very much for making our vacation complete, big and very comfortable house, we had everything we needed, Michael was super nice and easy to contact with, very responsive and kind. The pool is great and heated, the furniture are very comfortable and stylish. Location was great, 17 min to the beach, many restaurants , Walmart and target 3 min away. Overall we had a fantastic time. Thank you 😊
