Positive: Not that far from the beach and other main locations

Negative: The actual location in the neighborhood and also it needs maintenance, paint, landscaping, and a deeper cleaning like behind the beds or underneath and through out the house and an inspection for some of the stuff that could be functional like one of the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms.

Positive: The unit is spacious and exactly like the pictures. It is very comfortable and I love the big screen TV in the living room with a very comfortable couch. The main bedroom is huge and has a sitting area. All in all it is a nice place. Update: Management is very responsive.

Negative: The street it's located on is very busy, but the sidewalk is well away from the road and so it's still nice for walking. The floors are dirty as indicated in other reviews. I do believe that management cleans the floors but there seems to be dirt trapped in the texture of the tiles, so you may want to wear your shoes whenever you're in the house. It is a very nice floor, it just needs a scrub. Update: Management said they would address the floors so hopefully this will no longer be an issue.

Positive: Location was great near shops and access to major roads.

Negative: No heating, climate was very cold overnight during our stay. Floor was extremely dirty. Door lock pad stopped working at 2am and was stuck outside until response from the host about the lock box backup.

Summary: Good location, could do with some small improvements

Negative: Walls are a little thin and could hear people very clearly in the other apartment.

Positive: The place was clean and neat. The location was quiet.

Negative: it attached to and other apartment. The sound from the other apartment is quite loud. Location quite had to locate at night. Need more utensil in the kitchen
