The Cottage is a beautiful, comfortable, clean, peaceful home where you will feel just at home, in the hearth of St Pete. It is in a great location, safe & quiet neighborhood, easy-to-access, just a short drive or bike ride away to everywhere (5-10 minutes). Many good restaurants, grocery stores, museums, library, coffee place, stores, breweries, hospitals, bars and night clubs in downtown St Pete and sandy white beaches. Jumped in the sun runner or public transport to downtown or beaches.
Whether you are looking for a solo, family, romantic, friends or business trip, or you are working remotely, this house will provide you comfort and convenience while you are enjoying all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed (one soft and one firm), window treatments, soft and firm pillows, fresh linens, and sheets, hangers and ceiling fan. The beds are comfortable for a great night of sleep.
Bedroom 1 has a firm mattress with memory form topper, a dresser, large closet with mirror and extra drawers for storage under the bed.
Bedroom 2 has a softer mattress with pillowtop, nightstands, reading lamps and a closet.
The sofa bed in the living room can sleep in 2. You will find extra sheets, blankets and towels in the linen closet.
Travel crib/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.

Summary: This home was a great stay . Bed and pillows are great. The neighborhood is quiet. It's close to stores , beach ect. The kitchen was great. Plenty of kitchen ware and tools to cook and great meal or just making a tuna fish sandwich. The hammock in the back is great. Loved the house. Definitely recommend. Tania

Summary: My husband and I came for 10 days to escape the snow. This bungalow had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the day and starting our mornings at the backyard table. The added bonus is this house is located in a very quiet residential area just a 10 minute drive from downtown St. Petersburg. We took in the museums and several days at local beaches- which were within a 20 minute drive. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location!

Summary: Our stay at Martine and Pete's cottage was even better than we expected. The property was exactly as advertised ... perfectly sized for us, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the private backyard where we ate most of our meals under the umbrella and spent a good amount of leisure time (most in the hammock). Early on we had a problem with the air conditioning .... Pete had a repairman on the premises within the day. Martine followed up repeatedly to insure that we were comfortable and even presented us with a bottle of wine and a gift card to Mazzaro's for our "inconvenience". Marine and Pete were top-notch hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this adorable property.
