3 Bedroom Cottage in Central Okanagan, Kelowna
Our cozy 1100 sq ft cottage overlooking Lake Okanagan has 3 bedrooms, (2 queens, 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably with lots of deck space to relax and enjoy the view. Fully gated and private security.
The cottage has all the comforts of home plus A/C, fireplace, basic cable, wifi, 50” smart TV, full stainless steel kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer).
Large deck with propane BBQ and cozy patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Small area under the deck with seating area provides shaded comfort.
Kitchen has 12 piece dish set, wine glasses, serving bowls, utensils, tea towels, dish cloths, soap, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot, and a light assortment of condiments and spices for your use.
We provide fully stocked linens, towels, hand towels, face cloths, toilet paper, some beach towels, and throw blankets.
Some Games, cards, puzzles, and coloring books for the kids.
Several amenities include the use of 2 pools, (one of which is about a 1 minutes walk down the street), and 3 hot tubs. Private lake access, aqua parks with lounging decks, mini golf, small driving cage, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, kids playground, Cantina restaurant and general store.
Outdoor features include a BBQ picnic area, Marina, fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, biking.
Pools and hot tubs close the week after Thanksgiving.
Golf cart rentals are available from the main guest house.
LaCasa resort is located on Westside road about 30 minutes from downtown Kelowna, There are approximately 25 wineries within driving distance and several golf courses.
We cater to families ( principle renter must be 25 yrs or older). We charge an additional $150 cleaning fee; however, if the cottage requires more than the standard cleaning after your stay, this charge will be deducted from your Damage Deposit.

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in.
