★Well Appointed: From spices to bottle openers, cribs to SmartTVs WIFI, complimentary toiletries to plenty of towels, our vacation rental is equipped with everything you’ll need
★Cute Patio table out front. The neighborhood is very family and pet friendly! Take a quick walk to one of our nearby cafes, or parks. The front patio sports a table and chairs, plus a gas BBQ for your use. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee and the fresh Oregon air, while planning your area adventures.
★ Pets We allow up to 2 dogs. When checking out, if the system doesn’t charge you $100/up to 2 dogs/stay, I will just send the payment request afterwards.
There's no yard, yet, plenty of places to walk the dogs, and lots of off leash parks nearby. Portland LOVES their pets. If you have another animal or more than two, please inquire first. Thank you for respecting the allowance of pets. The cleaner is diligent before and after every guest.

✹ Nightly prices are set by a third party program. It will already be included in your quote that each guest over the base rate of 3, including infants, incurs an additional $20/each night of the reservation.
✹While we don’t have sales tax here in Oregon, we have substantial lodging taxes, as you will see in your quote. This is a furnished monthly rental, therefore at 31 nights or more, is when our lodging taxes fall off. (Play around with the night counts)
✹Our Launderer /cleaner uses unscented/natural products for your comfort. You;ll receive starter paper products.
✹CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 AM. It takes time to make sure the cleans are thorough for every group.

Summary: Bella was so great to work with and property was perfect for us! We enjoyed Alberta street and everything the Arts district had to offer and it was easy to get to downtown from here as well. The condo was perfectly apportioned with all necessities we needed. We traveled with 2 teenage and one adult son and didn't feel cramped at all, we had plenty of space and so much to do! I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!!!

Summary: Super cute, very clean and well furnished! We were able to walk to some great restaurants and shopping-the location is so convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We loved being able to do our laundry so we could pack lighter! I would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment rental!

Summary: Went for a long weekend and stayed in the downstairs unit. It was exactly what we needed! The owner was quick to respond and helpful from the moment we booked until the moment I got my refund deposit back. We would definitely come back here again.

Summary: We rented both upstairs and the downstairs units of this house for our family. Everyone in our group thought the house and the location was wonderful. The description and pictures were exactly what we got. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. A special treat was that the plum tree in the backyard was full of ripe fruit. We ate as much as we could handle, but there was hundreds more plums on the tree. We would definitely rent the units again.

Summary: We were near a market and several restaurants. We never left the area for dinners. We usually drove only 5-10 minutes to a restaurant. The two bedrooms worked out well for us. The high capacity washer and dryer were very efficient. The clothes were dry in minutes. The living area was small. The only real annoyance was the upstairs tenant waking up early and doing their bathroom activities (you hear everything!) since this is a basement apartment. Wearing the ear plugs was not an option for me. Perhaps ceiling installation might be a future consideration. Bella was available and ready to always offer assistance.

Summary: We had a fantastic 3 day weekend in Portland! The condo had lots of room, so the 4 of us staying there could spend time together or sneak off for a decadent nap. The neighborhood was fun, with a fantastic grocery store just blocks away. I loved having morning coffee, sitting in the comfie chairs on the front porch. This is my second stay in one of these condos, and they are always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great to explore, with lots of unique shops and dining options.

Summary: This little beauty was a perfect little home away from home for our family of three. It is conviently located near restaurants and neighborhood boutiques. A large park is just a few blocks away. It's very close to the airport. The owner has stocked the apartment with everything you would need and more. We loved having the option of preparing our own meals and washing laundry. Love this property. We also enjoyed working with the owner.
