Positive: This tiny home in the back of a house is clean and comfortable. I had no trouble finding street parking. Good bed. No yucky plug ins! Easy walking distance to all the Alberta neighborhood has to offer, and easy short ride to the airport. Washing machine was a nice convenience, privacy shades and general aesthetic well done. Communication with host was top notch.
Negative: Lack of anywhere to hang clothes

Positive: The tiny home was very nicely laid out and the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and everything worked fine. The location, as stated, is just around the corner from the various cafes and bars on Alberta.
Negative: On a Friday and Saturday night there's a certain amount of noise from the bar across the street, particularly at closing time which is 2am... If staying here in the colder months, bear in mind that it's basically camping and the mornings will be cold! Although there is heating, it is an air blower which we had to switch off at night. And the bathroom had an extractor which ran permanently, so we had to close the door in order not to be disturbed by it. So in the mornings the bathroom was freezing. We also had a problem with the smoke alarm, the owner responded quickly to our message and said someone would come to sort it out, but this took two days and even then it wasn't fixed. The washbasin ran only at a very slow trickle. Coffee pods provided was a nice touch, but they had clearly been sitting around a while and had a very oxidised stale taste.

Positive: The property was very easy to find, clean, and provided kitchen amenities. Instructions for check in were very clear and our host was very responsive to messages. As two young female travelers we felt safe at this location. The only thing was that the wifi didn’t work while we were there which was absolutely fine for us but just something to keep in mind.
