This property is located in a very family friendly neighborhood. Located on the outskirts of Jacksonville it’s close to the city but not so close to where your in the heavy traffic. This home has 3 beds 2 baths, Master bath has a shower and a tub. It has plenty of space for the kids to play out back on the trampoline or just to play some sport. 20 mins from topsail beach, 5 min to the Air stayion, 15 to camp lejune, 15 to camp Geiger. 30 to Jacksonville airport && 50 to Wilmington. We strive to provide a 5* stay to all our guest and we’d love the opportunity to host you and your guest if you allow us the change!(: There is a $85 none refundable per pet fee.
Please note there are 3 motion sensing camera at the property. A ring doorbell at the door, one over the left of the garage facing the driveway and the 3rd our back facing it the yard .
-Please leave home as you received it.
-No extra guest on property only those accounted for at booking.
-No outdoor shoes indoors.
-No smoking indoors
-Please clean up after your pet.($100 fine for any pet feces left behind)
-A grill is available but if used must be left clean.
-No parties/events of any kind allowed.
-No smoking/vaping indoors or in garages allowed what so ever, no exceptions.
- Use the dishwasher for all used dishes and utensils then put them in their respectable place. Dishwasher pods provided.
- Leave used beds unmade and used towels in tub.
Garage, shed and master closet are not accessible.

Summary: This location is perfect to be close to the base for visiting our Marine. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and nice. Overall the house is a very nice home. Cozy, roomy and spacious, a great gathering home for quality family time. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans with updated, new appliances. The fenced yard is huge and was a bonus for traveling with dogs. The only drawback from this home is the shower in the master bath. It’s very small and should be updated to remove the tub and expand the shower stall, to match the feel of the rest of the updated bathroom. Having a washer/dryer is very nice! Lots of streaming channel options too. We had issues with the internet and the owners were super apologetic and responsive and sent the cable guy to fix it the same evening. We had a very nice stay, enjoying the family time. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Summary: Seamless process. Property could benefit from a few more amenities (extra towels, towel racks, etc.). Screen door needs some repair work to avoid slamming. Other than that - great!

Summary: We came to North Carolina to visit my son who is active duty US Marine. I really enjoy staying in that house. It was clean, beds are comfortable to sleep, two bathrooms and laundry, which is very convenient. I really recommend this property for everyone.

Summary: Nice home. Has a nice yard for people that travel with pets. It was clean with all the needed amenities. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the base. Would recommend this property

Summary: This was a very nice and cozy home, the family and I enjoyed our stay. I would just suggest that extra sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels are left. Also as a previous hotel manager I would have liked to see the same type of setup for shampoo etc. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Summary: Property is in a nice neighborhood with a large yard. It was day 2 of 3 before we found any kitchen towels in the dryer, so kitchen duties were very difficult with no paper towels and only one washcloth and one hand towel we were instructed not to use. Floors weren’t clean, especially my bathroom. Seemed like the general cleaning wasn’t completed before our arrival, and the back storm door wouldn’t close so it banged around with the wind — kept us up at night with storm winds. Notified the property manager, but she never sent anyone out to fix it. Has the potential to be great, but my experience wasn’t good. Also wasn’t aware what I thought was the final price didn’t include fees for a 2nd dog — the fault of VRBO site — so, my costs went up roughly $90 after I already booked it. Owner not willing to work with us, and it was already too late to cancel without penalty. Only gave it a 3 because the large fenced yard was great for my dogs, otherwise I would’ve given it a 2.

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The house was CLEAN, I was very impressed. Location is a bit out of the way, but only 20 minutes from the beautiful beach and 10 minutes from stores in Jackonsville. House was well equipped for us as we wanted to make our own food. There is also hose out front to clean off sand from the beach and the main room TV has a HDMI cable to hook up to a laptop for easy streaming. Internet speed was also excellent.
