Summary: This property was everything and more that we were hoping for from our first "cottage" experience as a family. We absolutely loved the property and the amazing garden where we watched the sun go down. MaryEllen communicated clearly and her directions and instructions were foolproof! Our stay here was a big highlight of our trip from Ireland.

Summary: This old farmhouse is beautifully renovated inside and very comfortable...an excellent place for a small family stay. The surrounding trees and underbrush create a private green space, while close to the main road, Collingwood and nearby stores and restaurants. The decks and porches are in need of updating and repair. It rained while we were there, so not much time outside anyway. The property is large and fun for children but needs gardening attention. Fun times picking berries for the grandkids and lovely indoor spaces made our vacation here very comfortable and homey. thanks Mary Ellen!

Summary: Beautiful property, Very Homy, MaryEllen is very nice and accommodating. We had a great week that went by so fast! Proximity to Wasaga Beach is very good and the town of Collingwood is very pretty with nice outdoor patio restaurants ! Everybody was happy!

Summary: One night was not enough time staying in this charming century old farmhouse! It was beautifully decorated and MaryEllen, the property owner, had thought of everything one may need with lots of finishing touches. MaryEllen was very easy to communicate with.
