The main bedroom has a new queen size, pillow top bed while the second and third bedrooms both have two singles.
Featuring polished floors, the house is air-conditioned, with separate living and dining areas and a second sitting area allowing for two TVs, a DVD, foxtel and additional privacy and comfort.

Summary: We had an Amazing stay. We held a retreat with a group of women. The space was perfect. Rooms were all beautiful and there was such lovely light during the day. It was immaculately clean, warm and cosy. Thanks so much. We will be back again.

Summary: We stayed for 5 nights with our family of 5. During that time we had a bbq at the house with 2 other families and the place was perfect. Different living spaces meant the adults could chat while the kids played table tennis down stairs or games in the second living area. We were close to everything, groceries, transport and eating out. Caroline the host was very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect base for our trip and we would stay again.

Summary: This property was well situated for the purposes of our trip. It had great access to the train and buses and was within walking distance to the river and shopping center. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 6 of us staying in the house so having the toilet and the shower in one bathroom was a minor challenge but not insurmountable. Great to have an iron, washing machine, and hairdyer. Aircon and fans super helpful in January heat in BNE.

Summary: Great place to stay. Just a lovely feel and very clean and welcoming. Only comment would be there is some road noise - might not be ideal for light sleepers

Summary: A great stay, in a family friendly home, in a brilliant location. We had a very late arrival and found Caroline’s self check in instructions spot on. The house was well equipped and absolutely made our stay which was for a family wedding. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a great stay at this clean and quiet spot! Lots of living space, the beds were comfortable, and the location suited our needs. The single bathroom was a little smaller than expected for the four of us but we made it work!
