Positive: The apartment was nicely furnished, very clean and efficient. The location is by the sea with beach access and there are beautiful views of the mountains. The building offers amenities like a gym, several pools, meeting rooms, children’s playground and security guard as well as secure parking.
Negative: The entrance or roads to access the property are in bad repair. Driving from the main highway is like dodgeball except dodging craters. It is also a bit isolated as there are few restaurants or facilities for shopping within walking distance . Grocery shopping requires transportation.
Summary: Overall, this property was perfect for my short 3 night stay without a car!

Positive: Our host arrange to have laundry soap delivered to the unit. The kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: Problem with noise coming from outside which prevented us from sleeping in the main bedroom. Pillows were not comfortable and bedding was quite flimsy.

Positive: Owner sent all the information to get in within 24 hours of our arrival. We also decided to extend our stay by one week. The apartment was available for few more days but not all the week, so the owner was able to accommodate us in another apartment in the same building for the remaining portion.
