Summary: The house was perfect for our family reunion but not very suitable for toddlers because of the stairs from the terrace and the terrace fence that it's not secure enough.

Summary: The house is very spacious. It had everything that we needed. Plenty of room for my whole family of 9. Big kitchen. There is a washer, but no dryer, so you have to hang dry your laundry. My kids had fun with the kayaks and paddle boards. You need water shoes to get in the water, because of rock fish which are very poisonous. The ocean just outside of the backyard is beautiful, but you can’t swim in it just off the shore, you have to kayak or paddle board quite a ways out to enjoy deeper water. Not a big deal, but I wish I had known before. It is very close to a great beach-pk-18 I believe. The house is Very private. The manager of the property has to check you in and out. We had an enjoyable stay.
