Summary: The views, the breezes, the oysters. The location was just the place a part that we needed. Pictures don't do the location or views justice. Truly a magical spot. We hosted a large dinner with friends and kids, but also had some slow mornings with ocean breezes and bright sunshine. Just delightful.

Summary: I absolutely loved our stay here. We were able to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and walk the neighborhood. Close to Hermit Island which we love to visit and walk. If you want to relax this is the spot. So much space and it definitely felt like home. We will be returning!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at your property. We loved the spacious layout of the home. The large windows and decks enabled us to enjoy the fabulous views. Nice lighting in the house and we enjoyed the fireplace. We were happy with the laundered sheets and towels as they came in an enclosed bag which inspired confidence that they were clean. We are hoping to get the family together again and to also rent the other side of the house.

Summary: Had a great relaxing. The view was amazing. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bill was there when we checked in and was very helpful to accommodate us with anything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Summary: Great view and unit. The downstairs has a large living room, dining room and kitchen. 1 full bath down and 1 up. 3 large brs upstairs. The manager lives right next door, was very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a drive but well worth it. Spectacular view in a friendly neighborhood.

Summary: Bill Martin, the Property Manager, had the home prepared for our check-in and was readily available. West Point, a small active fishing village, is close to Bath and Popham Beach. Both were so enjoyable to visit. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to visit again soon!

Summary: I’ll preface this review by saying we had a nice time and I would stay there again – the view is spectacular and the house is spacious and great for many guests!! There is some room for improvement though, and as someone who utilizes reviews before booking, I wanted to be transparent for others. I did also reach out the host, but didn’t hear back during our stay when I emailed or after when I let him know about these things that could be improved. First, there was a small issue with the lock on the door – we got in just fine, and could lock it from the inside, but it didn’t seem to lock when we'd leave. So there’s that. Second, many lightbulbs were burned out and there were not replacements in the house – the host asks that lights be kept off when not in use (as we should expect) but it was difficult at times with so many bulbs out. The fireplace was awesome, but also couldn’t seem to be turned on. Also, while the kitchen does have many things you may need for cooking (there’s a HUGE lobster pot for use) it’s lacking in some areas so you’ll want to bring your own if you need specific things (the can opener for instance was broken, and there are not spices or much of anything {oil, vinegar etc} in the house at all). Also, other typical items in the house we would expect to be provided had run low or run out before we entered. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (not new) but also no others to be found in the house when we ran out. The kitchen didn't have hand soap at all, and the downstairs bathroom was completely out (upstairs had about half). Though both bathrooms had little toiletry baskets, which were super helpful! There were also only the thin quilts on the beds, and no heavier blankets in the house. We made due but as it turns colder folks might be looking for another blanket. Again, this did not detract from our time there and the host accommodated letting us leave a little bit later than scheduled – it’s just next time I’d bring a few extra items with me to be sure I have what I need.
