This family friendly non smoking Scottsdale condo is located close to miles of walking/bike trails. All your shopping needs can be met within 10 blocks and the Mayo clinics are nearby. A PGA Super Store for an huge selection of golfing supplies is only 8 blocks away and 50 plus golf courses are within minutes in the easy to get around NE Phoenix area. This condo has virtually everything you need; all furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with new hickory cabinets, linens and towels. A high chair and portable crib are also provided. The living room features a 42 inch flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a recliner in the master bedroom for relaxing at the end of a busy day golfing, shopping or exploring.
This ground floor home offers easy access from your nearby dedicated covered parking space. A private lanai with seating for four is just off the living room. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis court are all just feet away. Enjoy the great Arizonia evenings by the fireplace at the pool area or take an evening walk and view the McDowell Mountains and Thompson Peak. Many excellent dinning out choices can be found just minutes away.
Both baths have been recently updated with new tile and fixtures and the master bath converted to a walk in shower with glass doors.

Summary: Condo is very clean and well stocked with anything you need or want. The owner is very responsive and kind and responds quickly to any needs. We loved the location and walked daily to eat/shop. The bonus for our family was the heated pool. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Summary: Nicely furnished, clean, only a few blocks away from groceries and the freeway. Parking only 40/50 feet to a downstairs door and pool within a hundred feet. Pergect.

Summary: The entire process was amazing, from how great the communication was all the way down to how beautiful the property is and area it was Located. 10/10 would stay there again and I would definitely recommend to travelers going to that area!

Summary: You definitely know you are in Arizona while staying in this beautiful warm and inviting territorial style condo complex surrounded by red rock mountains in an upscale residential neighborhood. Being right off the 201 you have shopping, dining, nightlife, greenways and even a large hospital within walking/ biking distance. This comfortable condo was well equipped with everything for my months stay. I lacked for nothing and the owners were just the best. Oh yes, I must mention the large pool area with hot tub and fireplace, tennis courts, small workout room and wonderful friendly neighbors. Wish I could have just moved in☺!
