Positive: Once I found the place all of my basic needs were covered. Good location, easy in and out. Nice pool.
Negative: Finding the apartment without directions like "park near space 137" was very frustrating after a day of travel and arriving at night it was hard to find where to park and had to walk around to find the apartment #. I did not know what the fob looked like and it did not let me into the clubhouse where the sauna was, I could get into the gated pool area. I don't think the apartment was heated only air conditioning and got cold in January. The tub faucet in the main bathroom did not work. Out dated kitchen utensils too many hard to sort through. VACASA support was not good as owner needed to update info.
Summary: Frustrating up front decent stay in the end

Positive: Location was great. The apartment was cleaned and had everything that we need for a short vacation.
Negative: A later checkout would had been better. 10am is a little early for checkout.

Positive: location. all the items included for cooking, clean, easy access, quiet , people friendly
Negative: water for shower was not hot for long at all, too much chlorine in hot tub burned eyes so much in there
Summary: not given option to extend stay for a few hours due to delayed flight… everything else was great
