Direct Oceanfront without the adjacent homes being on top of each other. Walk off the deck and onto the Beach. It doesn't get better than this!
"PAR Beach House" is waiting for you to enjoy your special time at the beach! Enjoy the beach area where scenes from numerous TV shows and movies have been filmed.
House is like new - kept up and immaculate. 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths. 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Queen Sofa-bed.
4 HD TV's with extended cable package (Living Room has a new 77 " Big Screen 4K OLED TV with surround sound system), 4 DVD players, VCR, and high-speed 1 Gig internet with WiFi. Fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities and all appliances recently upgraded and remodeled. Ceiling fans throughout and upgraded. New sectional sleeper in living room.
Carpet or ceramic tile throughout. Large master suite with new luxurious Beautyrest Black king bed, sitting area, and newly renovated bath. Other baths are newly renovated as well. New queen beds in the two other bedrooms. Full-size Washer and Dryer just upgraded. HVAC systems recently upgraded.
Deck w/new furniture and built-in umbrellas. Beach-Side Deck with chairs and loungers. Large enclosed outdoor shower and sink with both hot and cold water. Gas Grill on lower deck.
Beautifully decorated home with great ocean and dune views. Privacy and minimal traffic on this secluded 2-block stretch of East Beach Drive. Lots of room for kids to play outside with no worries including large front yard. Large driveway so plenty of parking.
House faces south - so you get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the back decks. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from the back decks. Close to both bridges for easy access on and off the island.

Summary: Perfect property right on the beach. Appointed with anything you could possible need. Anyting we needed tge owner was so helpful and immediately responded. Would stay again for sure. Loved the outdoor furniture and how stocked the kitchen was. Great time.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at the Par house and were blown away by how nice it was! Every little detail was taken care of down to a fully stocked spice cabinet for all of our cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going to book another trip next year! Matt the owner was great! he even checked to see how everything was going while we were there.

Summary: Our stay could not have been better. The home was perfect and the location was even better. When this property says beachfront, it truly means beachfront. Nothing between you and the ocean besides the porch and sand, and your eyes can see past the sand for amazing sunrises and sunsets over the water . We had a fantastic time exploring OKI and surrounding areas. Matt was an excellent host, and had the pleasure to meet him and his wife. He truly cares about the property and his guests. It evident in every single detail. Many times we say “oh we’d love to come back” to a place, but this time we said it every day, and we meant it. Amazing in every way.

Summary: The description was very accurate. We were lucky and got to meet host Matt, who I feel like I've known more than a week. The property is perfectly located near everything you could need and super comfortable. Saying it is well equipped would be an understatement. This property is one that I really don't want to give it's all-star review to and keep it all to myself. Can't wait to return over and over.

Summary: The property was everything as described! The house had absolutely anything you’d want to get your stay started. The house was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the morning sunrise and evening sets were stunning. Walking on the beach and grabbing a cup of coffee and bite to eat at Ruby’s was the perfect start to the morning. It’s close to all the local restaurants, which we definitely explored during our three week visit. We would definitely stay again!
