This home is in a special location for whatever you are visiting for. Whether you may be looking to be close to Nike and Intel campuses, visiting family and friends in the region, or just enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
With a perfect blend of comfort, style, and location, this three-bedroom home is a great option for your family or small group. The property makes great use of space with its open floor plan, allowing for groups to enjoy cooking, dining, and entertainment in the living room with each other.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have TV's. There is one full shared bath for two of the bathrooms and a large master bath with a walk-in closet. The large closet is great for families travelling with young kids as we provide a pack and play and some basic toys for enjoyment.
The patio in the backyard is wonderfully maintained and fantastic for enjoying the green space beyond. Next to the home is a small path that leads to another section of the neighborhood. Along the path, you will cross over Beaverton Creek, that winds through the region and a number of parks such as Seminole, Sutherland Meadows, and Lexington Park.
Another feature of the home is the convenience of location. There are multiple grocery options within a mile or two. There is an outdoor mall at the Streets of Tanasbourne just a few minutes away. Numerous restaurants are within a five-mile drive or less. You can even walk from the house to the MAX (Portland's Light Rail System) and use that to go downtown, the airport, or other regions to the east and south of Portland.
This location is really unbeatable for whatever your plans are in the region. There is one security camera placed outside overlooking the driveway and parking area. Please ask if you have any questions regarding this.

Summary: We stayed here with our two daughters and we all enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Short, scenic walk to a couple yummy restaurants and cafe.

Summary: This is a spacious 3 bedroom home in an exceptionally quiet and lovely neighborhood. We never heard a vehicle, or for that matter, any neighborhood noises. What’s particularly lovely is that is sits on a protected greenbelt with a short 2 block trail. This home sits on the end of the street and we could only see one of the adjacent homes through the kitchen window. We slept in the master bedroom with a comfortable large king bed. A great home and close to our Portland adult children and grandchildren!

Summary: The home was really nice and suited out needs fairly well. It was great that you had all pots, pans, coffee and filters in place! There were 4 adults. Two "opportunities" 1) Unfortunately the Heat took a long time to warm the home. Temp's avreraged in the 40's or lower overnight. 2) The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms only had a mattress with no box springs which made them a bit uncomfortable Otherwise, a really nice location that we would rent again in the future.

Summary: Great property and location. The house was nice and modern and very well kept. Plenty of amenities were provided. Neighborhood was very peaceful. And the property itself was nestled along a creek with numerous trees, which really enhanced our experience as this was our first time visiting Oregon and the greater Portland area.
