Negative: The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Accessing the main door required logging into a link and selecting prompts just to enter, which was inconvenient and unreliable specially on times when the internet service was not that great taking longer than expected to get in. Upon arrival, we found used towels and dust in several areas, which raised concerns about cleanliness. A plus: the bedrooms had big closets however the space was tight . There was also broken furniture, which further impacted the overall experience. The bathroom setup was also not practical. The main shower was poorly positioned, making it inconvenient to use. Although there was a second bathroom, it only had a bathtub and no shower, which was not useful for our needs. Additionally, the bedroom windows were positioned very high near the ceiling with no easy access, making them impractical for ventilation or use. All concerns were brought up the the owner

Positive: Great location, good communication with the owner, very clean and comfortable. The staff also handled our rented car registration and provided step-by-step instructions how to enter the ZTL area to drop off our luggage

Positive: The location definitely helps, and it's perfect, right in the center, steps from everything. Everything was beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Each room had its own TV. The rooms are large with large wardrobes and plenty of space. Since we were only staying for a few days, we didn't need to cook, but if we wanted, there was a full kitchen with all the utensils.

Negative: A very difficult thing but if I have to find a flaw, given that there is a washing machine I would have provided the washing machine detergent and a drying rack, because for a few days you don't buy it or you would never think of putting it in your suitcase.
