Summary: Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!

Summary: Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. The apartment is reached by a lift which takes you to the third floor then one flight of steep stairs up tp the fourth floor. Wifi was good as it was good to have to TVs. Host is friendly and pro-active. She welcomed us with a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine. We found difficult to park in the ZTL area and ended up parking about 10 minutes walk. All in all we enjoyed our stay however would choose not to stay longer than a few days as we think it caters better for that kind of traveller.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Modena. This property’s location can not be beat! Shopping and restaurants are right outside your door! The Ferrari museum in Modena was a short 15 min walk! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We stayed in Modena for 5 days as part of our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time with the apartment. Stefania was so communicative and helpful, and we tried many of her recommendations! The parking permit process was very easy as well. The apartment is modern with comfortable touches. The AC was a lifesaver with 90+ degree heat through our entire stay. Would definitely stay again when we return to Modena!
