Located at the foothills of the Adirondacks this property is 1/2 mile from the Titus Mountain ski resort, .
It features 1000 feet of private SALMON RIVER SHORELINE FOR EASY ACCESS TO world class fly fishing.
Just 5 miles from a Robert Trent Jones 36 hole Golf course.
The hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails are endless and easily accessed from this property.
The large driveway and spacious lot offer plenty of room for your machines. This is truly a budget friendly spot for hunters, hikers, fisherman, skiers, and trail riders.
The four bedroom cottage is the perfect escape for families or couples who like to vacation together.
It features a spacious eat in kitchen and a large open concept living room for 8 guests.
The main level also features a comfy bedroom and a full bath, there’s also a full-size washer and dryer for your use and a small home office area for your computer.
upstairs are three more bedrooms, one featuring two single beds and one bedroom with a queen bed.
There is also a large master bedroom, with a king bed, which features a sitting area and a separate Little room with a futon bed and a walk in closet. The attached master bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The cozy front porch is decorated seasonally. Three seasons of the year it is an awesome place to have coffee in the morning and wine in the late afternoon. In the winter it is a great place to store skis and other outdoor gear.
The back porch off the living room has a huge backyard with a fire pit and a short path to the river.
This property is very private and a great gathering place if you need outdoor space and privacy for your group.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights in January. Two adults and one teen - so we had tons of space in this four bedroom cottage. It was a nice place for us to use as a base to get to the Adirondacks. Note that there is no longer a hot tub, which we only found about after selecting this place. Hopefully the owner updates the listing in case that is important to you. There were some tricky things with the door lock, but Cathy helped solve this over the phone. Otherwise its a cute, clean, and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay in the cottage over Christmas. The location is terrific. The cottage is comfortable and warm. The wifi is reliable.And Cathy is a friendly and responsive host.I highly recommend.

Summary: My husband and I live in upstate N.Y. so we are familiar with the region. This was just a getaway for us; a chance to unwind. The farmhouse is charming. The river is spectacular. Since we live on a rural farm, the house was not as secluded as I thought. Though it might be for properties in that area. Therefore our two dogs had to be on leash all the time. The house is right on a busy road. One issue we had was in initially accessing the house. The lockbox wouldn’t work and after 25 minutes we found a key on a shelf on the porch. Since I had no cell service, I couldn’t contact anyone and I had to use the bathroom after that long trip. :) Another issue was with Wi-Fi. The username and password provided in my check-in email and those on the sign in the house were wrong. I spent about an hour trying any networks that showed on my phone and all the various passwords and finally got it. Lastly, the tv loses internet often. We planned to watch several movies since the weather was cold and rainy, but they would cut out often, sometimes for half a day. Overall the experience was pleasant and the house was comfortable.

Summary: The cottage was perfect, it slept 3 adult men with no issues. We enjoyed the fire pit each night while looking up at the stars. Our main event was grouse hunting in the Adirondacks state forest which was 5 minutes from the cottage. We had never been to the Adirondacks and the scenery was amazing. Grouse hunting did not disappoint either.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings of the Adirondack Mountains. Cottage offers plenty of amenities. Property is well maintained and the host Cathy is onsite and very attentive if needed. We loved our 3 night stay.

Summary: My brother and I did our annual fly fishing trip to the Adirondacks in late September. We stayed at Cathy’s cottage and enjoyed every minute of it. The property backs onto the Salmon River so we could and hear the sound of the rapids at night as we sat on the porch. There is a hot tub, a fire pit, big comfy chairs to sink into and more. Everything is in perfect order and there are little references to the style and grace of the owner thoughout. A great stay and we look forward to another visit there in 2025.

Summary: The house is located at the beautiful river. River flowing sound helps to relax after a long day of nature exploration. It has a good location to visit Canada, Montreal or to get to the Adirondack Mountains. You can easily find places to fish or just enjoy the wilderness. House has all necessary things to enjoy the stay. A hot tub was one of the best things to do for kids. Thanks for hospitality and well organized house.
