We allow up to 16 people but the guest must decide if the space will be comfortable for their group. Each group is different.

Summary: Everything was GREAT! The only issue we had was being warm downstairs the first night because we couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat, but communication was SUPER and we got it resolved!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our group! We enjoyed the pool table and outside games. The hosts were excellent in communicating with us! We will definitely use them again if we are ever in Indianapolis.

Summary: Usually when we use these services the pics make them look better than they are. But this house was completely as advertised. Maybe even a bit better in person. Great place, good neighborhood, very safe and close to the city and the racetrack. Will stay here again for sure.

Summary: We were in town for a college basketball tournament and our stay was great! The house was spacious, clean and a quick drive (under 10 minutes) to the arena and downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!
