3 Bedroom House in Monroe

3 br 2 bed and 1 sofa bed , 1 loveseat sofa bed,fireplace satellite WiFi work area. Big garden tub . 2nd bath also, with shower and toilet, sink.Very spacious home. Farm stay for some down time but a Hop and skip from Athens which has lots of great attractions. Lots of weddings take place within 5 miles from here. You will not be disappointed. Very private but yet very close to 5 major towns. Enjoy fishin if you like just have to throw them back unless you just want a couple for cooking. It respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Come enjoy some downtime.
We have a big dumpster on the property about 600yrds away from home.
Washer and drier make it convenient.

Summary: The home is lovely and homey. Even though it is close to a highway, we did not notice much road noise. It was quiet inside. The bed we slept in had a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Amy is very sweet and quick to respond if you need anything.

Summary: This was our third stay at this property this football season and we were very pleased once again. Since we had just stayed there less than a month ago, we asked Amy if we could leave some of our non-perishable groceries until we came back. She said that would be no problem and we we got there, she had a bag of our stuff waiting for us in the fridge. We had a great time and look forward to staying there next season when we come up for football games.

Summary: We had a great stay at this house while in town to watch a UGA football game. It’s just outside of town so it’s quiet and a short drive to either downtown Monroe or Athens. Amy (owner) made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. This was our second stay this football season and we’re heading back for another stay next month.
