Casa Emily is an independent rural village immersed in the wonderful Tuscan landscape , in the Valtiberina Valley, only 2 Km from the medieval town of Anghiari, chosen as “One of the most beautiful town in Italy” and famous for the Leonardo Da Vinci’s lost fresco “La battaglia di Anghiari”.
The farm holiday is family managed and the spot is perfect for those who love nature and privacy.
Rustico Emily ( 90 square feet ) is an appartament at first floor, it composes of one kitchen, one dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Kitchen , with stove, is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer , kettle , italian moka and american coffee machine.
It shares the garden with another appartament of the Rustico (that can accomodate two persons ), where you can find its own table and barbecue.

Summary: A huge apartment, with all the home comforts, in a stunning rural setting. It would benefit from fans in the bedrooms, which did get very hot, but everything else was amazing.

Summary: Emilia's place was everything we hoped it would be and more. We spent literally weeks looking on VRBO&AIRBNB for just the right place to stay near Arezzo- when we saw Emilia's house we were sure it would be perfect. And it was! We were in Anghiari for just a few days to see the region's Piero della Francesca frescoes and to get some time away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. We would have loved to stay longer, and even now I am dreaming of going back someday to stay at this lovely, homey, clean, cheerful, quiet, comfortable farmhouse under Emilia's generous care. She was totally available for any questions, utterly kind and gentle with our three young kids, completely generous and thoughtful when our oldest child became ill, and in short, she is the perfect host. The location is superb- within 1/2 hour of Arezzo and 15 minutes to Sansepolcro and Monterchi, and down a long, winding wooded drive - far away from any noise from the road. It is truly in the countryside, but you can still get to town in a heartbeat. We came away wishing we could turn around and go right back - and my 3 kids say it was the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you Emilia - we will think of you and your kindsness and your lovely home often!

Summary: I live in Milan, and I was by Emily's house wice. The first time, during the summer two years ago, when my brother came to visit me from Korea, I wanted to intorduce him Tuscany and Umbria. My brother was so fall in love with the place, and so we came back in the spring of this year with his whole family. It is a wonderful place to spend days, weekends and maybe monthes. Podere Infranciani is a farmhouse with rustic furnished, simple but tastefully decorated. The property is managed by the friendly and gracious hostess Emily(Emilia), ready to talk and meet our needs. The house is located on the Tuscan hills in the middle of the vineyards, and down there is also a small farm with animals, that's an idyllic and funny place for children, teenagers and adults. For those who love Renaissance art, besides the wonderful nature, Podere Infranciani is located in a strategic position to visit Anghiari (do you know the famous battle of Anghiari?), Sansepolcro (the city of Piero della Francesca) and Monterchi (x visit Madonna dal Parto by Piero della Francesca), which places are 5-10 minutes away, Caprese Michelangelo, the birthplace of the great artist Michelangelo is 20 minutes away, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo and many other wonderful places are less than one hour's drive. I enjoyed unforgettable experiences, and that I would gladly come back again. I recommend the Emily's house to everbody (singles, couples, families) who likes to relax in peace and quiet, and take the time to visit the sights of culture and art. Thanks a lot to Emilia! Inkyung
