Summary: We have loved staying at this home! So roomy and the beds are large and comfortable. Our grandchildren love the yard and swing set and there is a great stretch of hallway for running. Unfortunately, this house isn't available for our dates next December so we must go elsewhere. Great memories made here!

Summary: It was a good stay. My family was comfortable. I think your improvement opportunities are as follows: 1) Erect a railing on the stairs which lead to the pond, very dangerous 2) level out the flat stones off the back porch leading to the firepit, a trip and fall waiting to happen. 3) More communication with the owner and renter is needed. The first day we were there I spotted a huge bees nest on the side of a basement window near a porch. I told all of the family to stay away, I called the owner and left multiple messages. I never received a call back and went to bed that night not knowing what would happen. The next morning an exterminator arrived and killed most of the bees. He never spoke to me which is too bad as I would have liked to know how many more hours needed to pass before it would be safe to use the property nearby. I honestly feel that I deserved a token refund as my family was not able to avail themselves of use of the total property which I paid a lot of money to use.

Summary: The bedrooms and living room were very nice. Kitchen and dining room seating area too small to accommodate 14 people but we made it work. No hot tub was found as listed. No wash cloths or dish rags available. Location is nice and quiet, nearest bike trails in Canandaigua or Farmington a 15 minute drive.

Summary: We stayed here for a family reunion we were attending. There were 14 of us and there was still plenty of room for everyone. Five bedrooms each with their own baths , beautiful fire pit area. Even a big pond! Definitely visit the Alpaca farm across the street. Loved it and will definitely stay again when coming with a large group. Perfect place for family and friends.

Summary: We absolutely LOVED staying here for a long weekend. It was the perfect amount of space for 13 girls to sleep comfortably and the five bathrooms were so convenient. The property itself is so charming, unique and cozy. The animals were a bonus, especially the adorable barn cats. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back! Thank you Lisa.

Summary: Two families under one roof, and it worked out great! 4 adults, and six teens. Property is beautiful! Teens stayed upstairs and had the best bathrooms. Adults stayed downstairs, where bathrooms aren’t officially en-suite, and are small. We did it this way so kids could have own area. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, including a tiny ice maker, fridge doesn't make it. Like other reviews, I was super disappointed in the zero communication with the owner. I had to reach out to VRBO on our day of check-in help me to get the info. Then there were some issues with 2 showers not draining, and I figured why reach out, since I never heard from her. Debated less stars, but the friendly cats talked me out of it. Currently, no chickens. So that was a bummer too. Alpacas are cute, but skittish.
