Summary: Great property, great farmhouse. We were in town for a funeral in Chapel Hill and needed a place to stay that was big enough to accommodate 6 peoples, including my parents and young kids. (without breaking the bank). This fit that bill perfectly. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, the interior of the house was clean. Only downside is that I didn't see any firepit. The backyard was heavily overgrown with weeds and grass... while beautiful and naturalistic, I had no idea where to go to find this firepit that was on the listing; I looked around briefly but did not scour all over. I never asked the homeowner, so that's on me for not asking. Overall I would recommend the property for a short visit.
