Welcome to the 30 Fold Farm! We raise Scottish highland cows, egg laying chickens, fresh flowers and veggies all on 15 acres just 20 minutes from College Station. Our tiny home is ready for ya! Please know that we are just off highway 30 so there is some occasional road noise. Our personal home is also located 50 feet behind our tiny home so you may see us coming and going.

Summary: Mark was super accommodating and communicative. When we arrived he showed us around the farm and introduced us to all the animals (cows are my favorite animal and I was delighted). We were only in town for one night for a special event. The tiny home was perfect. It was clean, well equipped, and incredibly quaint. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Loved the tiny house! Was perfect for our needs. Less than 25 mins. from A&M campus. The porch was a nice place to have morning coffee. Didn't get around to using the fire pit, but imagine it would have been very nice.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse tiny house. Comfortable, clean, excellent communication and easy to get to. Pictures show the house perfectly. If u have little kids they will love sleeping in the loft. Will stay here again when we are back near College Station.

Summary: The tiny home was clean and decorated nicely! There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and the pillows on the bed were quite comfortable compared to the down pillows you get at most hotels. The bed is on the softer side, but I had the two best consecutive nights of sleep I've had in ages. There were fresh eggs and butter in the refrigerator, and we cooked 'em up on Sunday morning before we left. Mark was responsive to my messages and overall our experience was quite good.The only real negative was that we didn't get hot water in the shower. It was more of a luke warm to cool temperature. Also, the outside could use some sprucing up.

Summary: We just stayed at the Farmhouse and absolutely loved it! We are from Maryland and were visiting the College Station area to attend a football game and for my son to visit TAMU, so we wanted somewhere fun to stay near College Station. The tiny farmhouse was awesome, perfectly sized, well-appointed, clean and very convenient. If my son gets into TAMU’s engineering program, we will definitely be back!

Summary: This was a perfect stay for our family of four for an overnight. It was about 25 min from College Station. The fuzzy cows in the morning was a perfect way to start the day. All the animals were very friendly! The farm fresh eggs provided for breakfast were delicious!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at the Farmhouse. The description of the property on the listing was accurate, and there were no surprises. Yes, there is quite a bit of road noise, but a sound machine is provided to help drown that out. The owners are very responsive if you need anything.
