Cozy one bedroom house located on a plot of 300m. and after being two years rented continuously we return with bathroom and terrace recently renovated. It has a small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and all the details, living room and on the upper floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, is the double bedroom. The outdoor terrace is glazed with windows to enjoy both winter and summer. Renovated in typical Andalusian style with wood beams and hydraulic floor, they will feel like they were once with all the luxury and comfort of the 21st century. The double bed is located under a window adapted in the ceiling through which you can see the starry sky of the Palmareñas nights while slowly sleeping while listening to the roar of the sea. When the roosters and the breaking of the morning waves wake them up, they will be able to see from their glazed headboard the coast and the dazzling shine that characterizes the Costa de la Luz. It has another table with chairs next to the pond where breakfast is enjoyed in the best location of the land, which is the best time of day to enjoy it. Between the terrace and the bed is the pond with fish and frogs in which the sound of the water will make you relax completely and complete the desired relaxation cycle on your vacation.

Newly opened E'Al-Zocaire 'to taste fresh and selected tapas on an unbeatable terrace. For the liveliest is the Cortijo 'El Cartero' where they provide concerts on some designated days and drinks on the beach line or an endless supply of beach bars and pubs.
Routes: In La Breña there is a pine forest where there are hiking trails and the well-known Trafalgar lighthouse, worth knowing and admiring the incredible views that can be seen from its small hill.

Summary: What an amazing stay in El Palmar! The house is in an incredible location and perfect for a couples getaway - so lovely and quiet but only 200m from the beach. Jesús is a fantastic host - one of the best! Incredibly knowledgable of the area - have us some fantastic tips and was always so willing to help make our trip as special as it was! Summary: This was our second time staying in the Garden Cottage in El Palmar. I have nothing but great things to say. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for your relaxing stay in El Palmar. Its the perfect place for a getawy for two. The beach is at your door and you have a wonderful view from the bedroom. The garden is spacious and very relaxing with a stunning day bed with great sun all day long. The bedroom is spacious and comfy, also the lounge area. You have a wonderful patio where you can relax and BBQ daily if you like. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need. The owner is amazing and very helpful with everything you need. This cottage has beccome our yearly trip and we look forward to going back next year. I highly recommend this Cottage for your relaxing getway off the beaten track.

Summary: Having found this house on the internet and loving what we saw in the pictures, it more than exceeded our expectations when we got there. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to avoid other British tourists and experience Spanish beach life. We received a warm and helpful greeting by the owner on arrival who explained the highlights of the surrounding areas and provided a contact number if we needed anything else. The house itself was located a good distance from the busier part of the town, however still only a 2 minute walk to an amazing natural beach. Visiting in September at the end of the season, the town was extremely quiet during the week and only marginally busier at the weekend when local Spanish people visited. We would highly recommend this house if you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Its decorated to a high standard with a modern quirky style. The newer feature of the outside four-poster bed provided the perfect afternoon relaxation spot. We would definitely consider returning and staying there again.
