The house was built in 1968 for my grandmother and built by my mother and father. The residence is approximately 147 m2 on two floors. It is furnished comfortably in farmhouse-style. Living room with wardrobe, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, toilet with shower, sleeping room with 1-person bed, dining-kitchen with seating for 5 pers., Living room with fireplace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms w. Double beds. Heating using 3 wood stoves, 1 fireplace and 3 electric panels.
NB: Please note that there are 2 houses on the same ground, separated by separate gardens and separate entrances. You must therefore divide the parking / driveway if there are guests in the other house.

Summary: We disliked the mice in the bedrooms. And the dirty cupboards. The dishwashing machine did not work very well. You can not ventilate because of the mosquitos. The bathroom is not equiped fit a family (Little warm water), the wifi does not work and the garden is mot a garden but a muquito meadow

Summary: For a Winter Holiday Rental, we could not have imagined a more beautiful and Charming House / Atmosphere in Denmark. The house provides simply everything, for a most comfortable stay. The 'splendid', attention to detail inside the house, compliments the impressive old style Structure beautifully. For us there was no 'Rental' feeling at all, just living and enjoying the house and surroundings... And this is all thanks to Sofie, her hospitality, and care for the house. This rental is conveniently located 8km from a lovely ocean village 'Tisvilde' and walks on the beach. We certainly so wish to return and also to experience this Home in other seasons. All Smiles and Rejuvenated.. 5 Stars : ) Sabine & Robert

Summary: Very nice and cozy house in the middle of nature. Great if you want to spend a peaceful time in an authentic setting and a unique Danish atmosphere. In one word: hyggeligt!

Summary: The house and the welcome to it from Sophie were both wonderful. The house is very spacious and has plenty room for a few people staying. As it was, we found it a real home from home for the two of us. We would have stayed quite happily for another 2 weeks!! The surrounding area is lovely with a lot of things to see and do and the drive to Copenhagen is only 40 minutes. All of the roads are excellent with generally light traffic. You can also easily get to Sweden or Jutland, but the bridges are expensive to cross. As for any improvements at the house. A few more pillows perhaps and I think if there were 5 people staying the hot water might run out quickly with showers so an adjustment to that maybe. A barbeque would also be a useful addition too (for when there are not fire restrictions due to the very hot dry weather).

Summary: Sofie was very easy to communicate with and helpful prior to our visit and was welcoming on our arrival. Her house has a thatched roof and is in a very pleasant setting surrounded by garden and trees. It seems like an old house but has all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, tumble drier and washing machine. It has plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery etc. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms upstairs and a single room and shower room/toilet downstairs . A wooden stair case leads upstairs where there are new wooden floors.Generally the house is spacious, attractive and comfortable with several nice paintings and other items around the house It is close to lovely forests and near to Tisvildeleje which has a lovely sandy beach. We had a most enjoyable holiday staying there
