Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are mere steps from all that hip East Atlanta Village has to offer. Walk across the street to the farmers market on Thursdays, grab a beer next door at the pub after and finish with dinner at some of the best restaurants in Atlanta.
In the morning watch the sunrise with local coffee from our top of line Jura coffee machine, before working remotely from your private office on the first floor.
For guests booking directly or through VRBO, a hold will be placed on your card prior to check in to protect against damages. The hold will be released after checkout.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.
-We have parking for ONE car in the garage. All other cars must park on May Ave or will be towed.
PETS are NOT allowed.

Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests.
