Summary: Lovely 4th floor walk up apartment had 24/7 security, who were very helpful. Easy check in process and most importantly it was quiet. Small issues with the apartment were quickly resolved. It was great to have a washer and dryer, which made it easier to pack lighter.

Summary: Eugenia the owner was great! The night security guard Eduardo was always so helpful and friendly (Spanish only)! This location was perfect just a few blocks from downtown Tlaquepaque. The communication was a bit cumbersome given the fact we booked through Expedia and this is a VRBO property (but they have merged so now it’s the same brand). The Expedia email stated here is your keys to this VRBO, nothing and no information listed in email, reached out to Eugenia the owner via the VRBO app, she states you will receive the key on date of check in. If anyone is interested in this property the key is with the security guard, but you will be unable to get the key until 3 pm which is standard. Knowing there is a security guard and the whole property has security cameras. This is on the 4th floor. Beautiful property including 4th floor terrace. This unit is 2 bedrooms 1 bath the pictures are accurate and the apartment was very clean. Although this unit says AC it is a wall unit only in one room, no instructions (we didn’t get to use it) turning on all the fans throughout the unit is a wonderful cool mountain breeze. However with the windows open you are apt to waking up to the sounds of pigeons, roosters and city traffic. It is a small dorm size refrigerator. But the market is two doors down. Fresh breads and restaurants around no need to have a full-size refrigerator. Hot water is scarce and the rain shower head has little pressure. Great location would definitely stay again!!
