Positive: It's in a beautifull place. The view is stunning. Very nice staff especially in the restaurants but inside are the rooms shabby and outdated...
Negative: We had an appartement above the Super nice restaurant. Inside it was clean and spacious but broken showercurtains, some lamps not working and all outdated.
Summary: Beautifull environment but old rooms.

Positive: The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The location was very Tuscan, stunning! The rooms were also very Tuscan and traditional, we loved the ambience.
Negative: We did not have any mosquito spray and they were quite bad. Perhaps some left in the room would be great for guest travelling who forget such necessities :)
Summary: We would love to bring our whole family back here for a relaxing gathering.

Positive: This property is so gorgeous & peaceful. Beautiful views, amazing partner restaurant a short walk away, lovely pool, large apartment rooms. The staff is so lovely. I don't have one compliant about this space. So much better value than the hotels in the city & you get so much more. We never wanted to leave. Will definitely return.
