Summary: Ann was so welcoming on our arrival, our 8 year old daughter loved the feeding of the animals and Ann made sure she was really involved. The house is huge, so much space and plenty of beds. We were away for a sporting event and the house was perfect to come home to in the evening. Thanks Ann for a lovely stay

Summary: Annwas super friendly & accommodating to all our needs. If your after a country feel but still close to the coast this is the place for you. You won’t be disappointed. Summary: Loved the location! House was huge with many verandas.. so much space.. great for two families... loved trips to Bellingen, Nambucca Heads, Coffs Harbour and quiet times at the farm.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Farm House. The bedrooms were huge and it could accommodate a huge blend of families. We were provided with a cot and highchair too. The house was well provisioned the plenty of linen and there was heaps of space with lots of lovely sunny or cosy places to take in the view, read a book or catch a snooze. A great place to meet up with extended relatives Our kids LOVED the opportunity to feed the horses, watch the ducks on the dam, feed the chooks and collect eggs and go for "tractor" (lawnmower) rides with Ann or Errol. It was only a short walk to the beach along a bush track and wade through the lagoon, had we stayed longer I'm sure that would have been done often
