This is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING property throughout entire premises, inside and out.
Important safety features include: smoke and CO2 alarms throughout, radon mitigation system, fire extinguishers in every room, touchless Purell hand sanitizer, and flashlights throughout. Switches and other items are clearly labeled for ease of use.
Cleanliness is maintained to the highest industry standards with all high-touch points given particular attention and disinfection. A hand vac, upright vacuum and basic cleaning supplies are available for guest use during your stay. Monthly stays or longer do include a monthly basic clean and linen refresh at your convenience to ensure your enjoyment of the property for an additional $100.

Our neighborhood is on the northern edge of Spring Hill near the town of Thompsons Station. Historic Franklin is only a 15-minute commute to the north. Downtown Nashville is 40 minutes north, and the charming village of Columbia is approximately 20 minutes south.
