Summary: The room as always was clean and amenities excellent. We also received complementary glass of fizz as a thank you for returning. Super dog friendly in the restaurant as well, good choice of food and drink reasonably proceed. The service from everyone was great and they made our dogs Mia feel very welcome.

Summary: Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the facilities were fantastic. Outside lounge area has fireplaces which the staff were very proactive in offering to us. The restaurant food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay here again. Would be nice to have any sort of chicken dish on the menu in the restaurant but the fish and chips, and falafel burger was delicious.

Summary: The check in was so smooth and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a Lodge, which was very comfortable and clean. The personalised letter greeting us was a lovely touch too.

Summary: Check in was a pleasure and nothing seemed the be too much for the staff at reception. Everything was explained to us and everything we needed was in our room waiting for us. The food in the bar/restaurant was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us and our dog.

Summary: The hotel was lovely just a shame Expedia hadn’t passed on all my details so I had to refill out the forms for the fourth time . The hotel is dog friendly, but unfortunately it was quite a few dogs on site and making a bit of a noise at night time. Maybe you should only allow one or two dogs at a time. Even the restaurant was lovely, except for dogs yapping at breakfast and dinner. The hotel offered some really nice things like the bar area with a fire pit table a nice cabins in the woods. If Expedia passed on my details some nice little touches in the room a note with my name on and could be your guests if details was passed onThe only thing I would say is not much privacy when people walking to the hotel room so you have to keep your curtains shut
