Positive: We quite enjoyed our stay at the hotel concerning the facility itself. The overall layout is well designed, with the rooms, restaurants, pool, and especially the beach nicely arranged. What we liked most was the crystal-clear sea, with easy access into the water via iron steps, and the rocky seabed that made snorkeling great (we don’t like sand beaches). There were always enough empty sunbeds on the beach, plus a bar just a short walk away for drinks. A special thanks goes to the lovely front desk manager Serap, who warmly checked us in and offered us an upgrade to a better sea-view room for a small extra fee — something we really appreciated, as the room was much better than the one we originally booked on Booking. Overall, the hotel’s setup was very convenient and we left with a quite positive impression.

Negative: On the downside, there were two things that disappointed us. The first was the music on the beach. We understand that in Turkey it’s quite common to have speakers with loud disco music everywhere, but for us, the beach by the sea — especially on the far end, far from the bar — should be a quiet place where you can just enjoy the sound of the waves. We mentioned this several times to the staff; once they turned the volume down, and on the rare days they forgot to turn the music on it was absolutely perfect, but most of the time the music kept playing and it really disturbed the atmosphere. The second, and more serious issue for us, was the quality of the food. Breakfast was buffet-style, the selection was not very wide but we could always find something, so it was still acceptable. Lunch, served a la carte, however, was a real disappointment. Most dishes were of poor quality — especially burgers, pasta, or pizza — none of which we enjoyed. In the end, we kept rotating between one or two meals that were just “okay.” Dinner, served à la carte, was slightly better than lunch, but still very average. Another issue was the language barrier: about half of the staff spoke only Turkish, so it was often difficult to order what we actually wanted. To be fair, there were a few bartenders and waiters who were kind and spoke at least some English or German, which we appreciated. Overall, the food was quite a letdown, and by the end of our stay we were honestly looking forward to going home for a proper meal. About 90% of what we got was either unhealthy or simply not tasty, and we really missed having the option of a fresh healthy well seasoned salad or a genuinely good dish.

Positive: The Jacuzzi room as a solo traveller is a fantastic upgrade so you can have a proper relaxing time on your own terrace. I also enjoyed the restaurant being A La Carte.

Negative: Being a solo traveller I felt like the restaurant team looked at me as an inconvenience when it came to seating. I also found it difficult communicating with a lot of the team that worked there as I wasn't Russian and it did seem that was the predominant client base.

Positive: Really good value for money and the staff were really friendly, always going above and beyond. The rooms with pool access was worth the upgrade at the hotel but a mattress topper is needed. For the money we paid, it was absolutely worth it… food was al a cart but plentiful. Drinks were plentiful and spa was good. Beach was very good for swimming to the right of the hotel.

Negative: Road noice but ask for a room further away… It’s very hard to explain, converse with staff in English. Most of the managers can speak English but it is a Turkish country so this is understandable. All in all… was a good holiday

Positive: We liked the small and cosy Hotel .The staff was especially welcoming and friendly. The food was always nicely prepared and served. A great variety of different food.The waiters especially attentive and friendly. Hamza and Murat even taught us the basics of the Turkish language. The room was always neatly cleaned. We would like to return one day .If you want to go somewhere, the bus stop is right behind the gate of the Hotel .

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. We had a good relaxing stay.

Positive: We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. Very nice and cozy place to stay in. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is not too big, it’s never crowded even when fully booked and you always can sit somewhere with a nice view and enjoy privacy. There are a few things to be improved. First one is cleaning in the rooms and the second is service during lunch and dinner time (standard side dishes which are served with main dish are always cold and not fresh as it seems that they are cooked far in advance, and it’s not always clear how many dishes you can order and if, like me, you don’t eat something not all the waiters give you the option to have two salads, for example, instead of meet, because you can order only one salad). These things are important for people with food limits, vegans or vegetarians and hotel should pay attention on that. But beside these few thing everything else was on a good level! When some small issues occurred they didn’t concerned us too much, because all the stuff in the hotel are always ready to help you with everything, you just should ask. Territory is nice, hotel is quite new, rooms are comfortable. Food is testy and you have a not bad choice of dishes. Mediterranean and Tuna salads were my favoritesI, and I really enjoyed how all types of fish had been cooked. (Meat is always cooked good in Turkey but fish is not always the case). If you want to have a good rest and if you are ready to tell if something bothers you then you will have a very enjoyable stay and some small things will be fixed for you if needed. Many thanks to Hamza for the best service and hospitality in the restaurant and many thanks to Burhan for the help while staying. (Sorry if I made mistakes in your names)!
