This beach gently slopes into the sea and is characterized by its fine, white sand and a transparent, calm surface of the water. The beach has been awarded with a Blue Flag of UNESCO.
The spacious villa has a total surface of 180m2 with 3 bedrooms, fully air-conditioned, equipped and furnished, ready to embrace its guests.
On the ground floor located open kitchen, living room, hall, shower and toilet, entrance to villa’s own private garden which is equipped with garden furniture and barbeque set.
A kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and electric mixer. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen ancillary available for your convenience.
Living room has a TV, arm-chairs and two couches, which can be easily extended into double beds. Therefore on the ground floor two to four guests can be easily accommodated.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed, and one with two single beds. A spacious bathroom is located near to the bedroom and has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and a hairdryer. First floor has two balconies with a beautiful view of the rich in vegetation inner garden of the holiday complex and a swimming pool.
On the second floor there is a third cozy bedroom with a double bed and the entrance to the covered rooftop terrace. Terrace is fully equipped with the furniture for dining and leisure.
The holiday residence has two swimming pools, including one for children, sunbeds and sun tents. The residence and its facilities are very well cleaned, preserved and maintained.

The spacious villa has a unique location of the closest proximity to the most important infrastructure: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops and the biggest “Alara Bazaar”.
Within a 5 minutes’ walk from the villa is a white sandy beach with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, restaurant and various watersports, such as pedal boats, parasailing, jetski, etc.
This beautiful beach is located in the sea lagoon, surrounded by pine trees, making the air not only to boost your immune system, but also its calm waves and warm temperature of water making it the most enjoyable swimming experience for all generations.
For those who prefer to explore the nearby surroundings by land, there is a plenty of space for free parking next to a holiday complex and if you prefer your own transport, the car rental is next door.
If you don’t like driving at holiday destinations, there is a public transportation such as a bus stop (Dolmus) and a taxi stop within a 5 minutes’ walk from the villa.
Within a 10 minutes’ walk from the holiday residence there is the biggest Aquapark of Alanya - “Waterplanet”.
Various day boat trips (including fishing trips) are available at the beach.
“Sealanya” Dolfinarium of Alanya is 13 km away and will take approximately 16 minutes to get there by car or bus.
The picturesque Damlatas caves of Alanya with their healing effect for asthma patients are within 30 km from the villa and mountain river Dim Cay with its unique refreshing atmosphere and its restaurants above the water is only 40 km away.
Alanya is the only place in Turkey where it is always warm, even in the winter months temperature during the day will not be below +14 degrees of Celsius. Thanks to the Mediterranean sea and the mountains surrounding Alanya, this region and its coast line has a unique very mild climate, where in the winter months very often the temperature can raise up to + 25 degrees Celsius. With such climate the sea stays warm the whole year through and season for swimming lasts till the middle of November. Many tourists with pleasure pay a visit to Alanya especially during the winter.

Gas and wifi internet access are included in the price during your stay. From the deposit the electricity and water will be charged according to your consumption (electricity is H. V. 0.15 € / kWh and the water is H. V. 0.80 € / m3 in Turkey). Deposit depends on the length of your stay.
The final cleaning of the villa upon your departure cost 87 Euro and is charged separately in advance.
