Summary: Wir haben eine Woche in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Diese befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte, verteilt auf Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Eingangsflur, ein Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein grosser Raum mit Küchenzeile / Theke und großem Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. Außerdem ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Vom Eingangsflur geht eine offene Treppe ins Dachgeschoss hoch, wo unter der Dachschräge auf einer Galerie ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Sofa stehen. In einem weiteren großen Raum befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein gemütlicher Sessel mit kleinem Tischchen. Das alte Haus ist entkernt und liebevoll saniert und umgebaut worden. Entstanden sind große, helle Räume, die sichtbaren Holzbalken und schöne geschmackvolle Ausstattung machen das Haus gemütlich. Es ist alles sehr passend und stimmig. Die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung. In der Küche steht ein freistehender großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Spülbecken, eine kleine Spülmaschine, Herd mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzughaube, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wlan, ein kleines Radio und vier Fernseher (verteilt in den Räumen), sowie eine Spielesammlung sind vorhanden. Neben dem Hauseingang ist direkt ein Carport mit kleinem Schuppen (für Grill, Sonnenschirm etc. ), hinterm Haus ein Garten mit Terrasse, Rasen, Gartentisch und Stühle und herrlicher Aussicht über Wiesen bis zur Schlei. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Ausgang in den Garten, man muss durch den Flur und die Haustür und den Carport nach hinten gehen. Vor dem Haus verläuft die Hauptstraße. Diese ist allerdings nicht stark befahren und die Fenster halten evtl. Straßengeräusche sehr gut ab. Bei geöffneten Fenstern und hinter dem Haus im Garten hört man etwas mehr davon, daher 1 Stern weniger bei der Lage, aber wir haben es als nicht zu störend empfunden. Einige Fenster haben feste Fliegengitter installiert, so dass man gut lüften kann ohne Insekten ins Haus zu bekommen. Alle Fenster können mit Plissees vor Blicken geschützt werden. Die Wohnung war sauber und einladend. An- und Abreise waren durch Schlüsselsafe kontaktlos und unproblematisch. Der Garten ist nach vorne zum Carport mittels Gartentor verschlossen, seitlich und hinten durch Zaun/Hecke. Lediglich zur benachbarten Doppelhaushälfte ist außer einer Sichtschutzmauer an der Terasse keine Abtrennung/kein Zaun. Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ländlich in Kius, etwas außerhalb des Dorfes Ulsnis. Ganz in der Nähe kann man auf Bauernhöfen im Hofladen Eier, Honig, Fleisch, Öl und ein paar andere Produkte bekommen. Für sonstige Einkäufe muss man jedoch etwas weiter fahren. Ansonsten kann man in der Gegend sehr schön entschleunigen und entspannen. Wer Ruhe und wenig Trubel mag ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Summary: Sehr schönes, individuell modernisiertes Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöner und ruhiger Garten. Ca. 15 Autominuten von der Ostseeküste gelegen. Das Supermarktzentrum in Süderbrarup erreicht man in ca. 9 Autominuten.

Summary: Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus ! Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, aber das ist meckern auf sehr, sehr hohem Niveau - wir hätten uns zusätzlich zum Trockner noch einen Wäscheständer gewünscht, da man nicht alle Sachen ( Badezeug) trocknergeeignet sind .
