Positive: Claudius is the kindest and friendliest host we’ve ever met. His hospitality is unmatched. The apartment is crystal clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen is stocked with tea bags, sugar, and salt, as well as coffee beans for the automatic coffee machine. The photos provided perfectly capture the quality of the apartment, but the comfort and atmosphere are even better.
Summary: This apartment is more than perfect for both families and groups of friends.

Positive: This was our second trip there with five teenagers. We chose this place because of the nearby Semmering ski resort. The accommodation is super modern, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and living room are huge. The host, Claudius, is extremely friendly (and lives next door if you need any help). We are going for the third time to explore nearby hiking spots in good weather.

Positive: We’ve spent three nights at the apartment and we came to like everything about it. It’s fully equipped and is part of a new, modern bungalow-style house. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: The house was very clean, with new furniture, beds were comfortable. It is near to the train station and Payerbach centre, many hiking trails start nearby, there is a bus to reach the RAX trails, so you don't need a car to spend a nice holiday here. Kitchen was well equipped, even tablets to the dish washer and kitchenroll, salt and pepper were supplied, which we very much appreciated.
Negative: The privacy level of the accommodation was for us unusual in the sense, that the owner of the house, who is a very hospitable person (spent 30 min with us upon arrival showing the house very detailed), lives in the same house, in the neighbouring section. Garden and terrace is shared with him, so privacy is somewhat limited.
