Positive: Really great place, clean and quiet. Amazing location, less than 10min walk to the city centre. Host was amazing, she let us check out 1,5h later, really amazing.

Positive: Apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything so it can feel as own home. We were travelling with 2 kids - 3 and 6 years old and they loved the yard, the rooms and the nature around. There were ducks in the river next to the house, other kids to play with and our family really felt it was like a suburban home for us. Also area is vey quiet. Beside all those things, the house is close to train/bus station. This is like 10-15 min with bus to Airport and walking distance to supermarket and city center. We visited Legoland and Munich with car rental and house was ideal place for both destination + airport distance.

Summary: Perfect stay for families and excellent location!

Positive: Clean, quiet and very nice house. It had everything I needed for my comfortable stay. On walking distance from the train/bus station and the city center. Hosts responded promptly. The place is suitable also for family travelers.

Summary: Definitely would choose this place again.

Positive: It's a lovely house just a few minutes from Memmingen Central Railway Station. The place if large enough. There are two bedrooms and another one living room equiped with a large sofa which could fit at least 3 people.There is a big screen on the wall. In the first room there is one single bed for two people. The second bedroom has its own three single beds. The kitchen is also perfectly equiped. There is a small table for 5 people, kettle, coffee machine and dish washer. Our host had left us coffee and tea. The bathroom is clean and large enough. I strongly recommend that place for travelers regardless your trip to Memmingen is for short or for a long time. We were pleased with our stay because of the reasonable price compared to other properties in Memmingen. I definitely would say that this place offers value for money.

Negative: I recommend to the host to lighten the main entrance at night. It's a bit dark and we were mistaken at the street. We've missed the entrance and we've got behind the house where was the neighbor's door.They should also put up a bigger sign with the name of the house. There was another slight problem which isn't that serious in the world of internet technologies, but the welcome message with the explanation about accomodation was written in German and I was forced to call a friend to translate it.
