Negative: The advertised title is TOTALLY MISLEADING ! The apartment much have been renovated 15 years ago !! It is in dire need of reconditioning in many areas . 4 ceiling lights NOT working , water filter not working, master bathroom floor with multi levels is a disaster waiting to happen , a portion of the floor by the entry to the kitchen needs replacing , master bathroom washbasin fixtures are dirty, painted wooden counter tops in bathroom need refinishing …. ! I am surprised the Booking.com advertises a location like that ! Not in keeping with it’s reputation.

Summary: Adequate but would NOT recommend or stay there again .

Positive: Excellent location, friendly 24hr security in lobby, spacious apartment on 10th (top) floor. Great views & very comfortable bed. A few negs below but overall we had a great stay and loved CDMX especially Condessa ❤️

Negative: A bit corporate & a bit spartan, rather impersonal . Not enough towels. Asked for some more but they never arrived. While we were there major demolition across the way M-F 8-5 but apt double glazed & therefore not much bother as we were out most of that time.

Summary: Great location could do with some tlc
