Positive: We only stayed the one night en route to another location. The property was ideally situated for our route and accommodated the 3 of us ideally.

Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property . Couldnt get a decent coffee out the machine but suspect that was more operator error. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Positive: We stay for one night twice a year from Spain to the U.K. We park right outside walk in and rest up. Our dog loves it as she can roam about safely Breakfast is included and ample fresh bread, croissant, juice, and a great capsule coffee machine to hand. There are places to eat out but we have not visited them. We sometimes use the microwave. We will of course return.

Negative: We are in our late 70s and find the entrance step a bit high, maybe next time there will be an extra step up, no matter what we manage. REALLY THERE IS NOTHING NOT TO LIKE

Summary: Love it and so does our dog, Secure and free to stroll around whilst we have a glass of wine

Positive: A very warm welcome and a perfect start to the day with breakfast, we wished we had stayed longer. Looking forward to staying again when we return home to Scotland from Italy in a couple of months.
