Positive: The location for access to the airport (10 min rail journey) and Berlin was excellent. Station for the S bahn was 15 mins walk with the trains every 20 mins to central Berlin. The accomodation had everything we needed plus we had the bonus of Netto across the road and a cafe / ice cream shop 5 mins away.
Negative: Aircraft noise, it is located close to the end of the runway so planes could be heard.
Summary: Excellent accomodation with easy access via the S bahn to Berlin and mainline trains to the airport.

Positive: We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room and the single bed and bedding configuration was ideal for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet was working fine for our purposes, important for teenagers. The location was good, walking distance across the road to grocery store e.g. fresh bread rolls from 7 am onwards. 14 Walk to nearest train station about 20min but bus station right in front of house just need to time it right. It is floor heating, so it's a bit hard to regulate temperature especially in bedrooms. It's 20/21 degrees everywhere. Communication with hosts were great. Parking in front of house.
Negative: Instructions/ Communication on how things work e.g. garbage recycling, oven, stove, ventilation could improve and hints about unexpected noises like church bell 7 am on Saturday, automated roller blinds at 7:10am, vent noises in bedroom. There is no washing machine for guests but that was my mistake for not checking. The bathroom for 4 person is manageable but not ideal. I liked that the toilet had a seperate door so someone could shower at the same time.

Positive: Roomy and comfortable. Parking was on premises and there is a grocery store across the street. The room was perfectly clean and it was accommodating for 2 couples.
Negative: Little far from downtown Berlin. Internet worked in the living room but not the bedrooms.???
