Positive: Nice apartment which had everything I needed to relax and enjoy köln. It had a nice little bathroom, water was nice and hot although the shower pressure was minimal so it was better to take a bath. Kitchen had a nice little stove that allowed me to cook myself dinner and had a fridge to store my food in. The apartment floor however was quite dusty and I needed to mop it twice to get it clean- I also recommend bringing your own bed sheets and duvet covers as the beds had stains on their sheets.

Positive: Almost all promised assets were on site. The service was more than ok to our liking. Definately this was a place to recommend for business visitors. There were no troubling neighbours.

Negative: Most definately there is room for enhancement in regards to room furniture and bed quality. Some planks were missing, the chairs did not have back rests.

Summary: Enjoyed and sufficently satisfied.
