Summary: Perfect location for easy access to the city from the airport. Very clean and safe. Andreas was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed the stay. It was very clean and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The winding stairs to the bedrooms may be cumbersome for elderly. The bedrooms are clean and neat. The living room could use a comfortable chair to go with the couch. Right now it is just the couch plus dinner table chairs. The fewo is right under the flightpath of Köln-Bonn Airport; do expect some sudden noise in the wee hours of the morning. This is why I rated the location as OK. For visiting Köln, Bonn, Drachenfels and Siebengebirge the location is very convenient. Lastly parking may be cumbersome. Stecki has its own parking spot but the angle is tight and requires some steermanship.

Summary: the house is a standalone home. the interior is nice and everything is still in a new condition. The kitchen is large and there is is everything you need. It's close to Cologne. We enjoyed our stay as a family.

Summary: We used the apartment over a long weekend, as a base to visit the Xmas markets in Cologne and Bonn. A 10 minute drive to the train station - with free parking - and a half hourly inexpensive train ride to the centre of Cologne made the visits easy. Bonn was a 30 minute drive away. The apartment was really, really nice. Clean, well appointed, spacious and with all amenities. A parking space on the drive outside as well. I would advise new renters to be aware that access to the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor are by way of a narrow and steep circular staircase. Fortunately not a problem for us. Andreas was a very accommodating host, meeting us on our arrival and checking all was well on the 3rd day. He had information about the train and bus timetables and the local supermarket. We particularly liked the leaving of local gingerbread biscuits on the table and chocolate Santa's on the beds - a really nice welcoming touch. He even made our dog feel welcomed! When we return to this area we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Andreas.

Summary: We really enjoyed our short stay here. Ideally situated between Köln and Bonn and with all the amenities close by. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Summary: The apartment is very clean and well laid out for a family (4 people) to say. The apartment is located in a small town about 15 miles outside Cologne. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodated our every need. He gave us some very helpful tips on how to further enhance our stay in Cologne. We are already planning our return trip.
