Negative: The tv quality very bad, the master room tap is leaking, the female guard who was in charge to give keys has a very bad "don't care" attitude

Positive: I got units that had a mountain view. It was so refreshing and beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The kitchenette had cooking utensils that we didn't expect. It was useful because we wanted to do simple cooking. Bathrooms were clean and neat. As the view refreshed, the environment gave peace.

Negative: The water pressure and water heater should be improved. When one bathroom was used, water in another bathroom was too slow. The water was felt not heated in use of the water heater.

Summary: Overall, I enjoyed the stay and place.

Positive: We booked 2, 2 bedrooms apartment for 6 people. It had a nice view of Fraser.

Negative: The window and door are not tight enough to block any wind and it keeps rattling throughout the night distrubing our sleep. The shower water pressure was low.

Positive: The lift in block A-2 is very useful for the elderly, as we were bringing Mom to see Fraser's Hill after 50+ years; she has not been back. She was surprised at the completeness of the kitchen with utensils, reasonable cookware and detergent. The balcony is excellent with a good view. TV has clear pictures of the Astro channels. Although not all channels are available, it is surprising, unlike the other places we stayed. Haha.

Negative: Fraser's Hill is all about nature, so we experienced strong winds and rain on the night of our stay. We were not used to the whistling sound the wind made through the window slits, so we did not have a full night's sleep. Perhaps lining the window frames with felt will reduce the sound. If we stay another night, we may get used to it, however (smile). The sofa is worn out at the unit that we stay. Perhaps could use a new set, thanks.

Positive: Large and spacious apartment, with a good view of the mountains. Even though Silverpark was a densely built up apartment complex, the accommodation and environs were relatively quiet.

Negative: Booking.com's response to email queries went unanswered - repeatedly. We just turned up at the gatehouse, along with many other guests also looking for their keys to their apartments. The person with the keys did not have any names (he wanted to know ownour apartment number). But booking.com did not inform us our apartment number. So we had to wait until all the keys had been given out - the last remaining key was deemed to be for us. This is VERY DISORGANISED!!! Lastly, our key label stated that we were on floor 3A. But the apartment block did not have any floor 3A. Finally, we found that the key fit the apartment door on the 4th floor. (Apparently superstitious Chinese avoid the number 4, and unilaterally labelled the key as floor 3A - but we were not informed, and could not find out apartment on the 3rd floor)

Summary: Good location. Disorganised rental by booking.com, apartment complex, and apartment owner.
